We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information displayed on our website are accurate.

Wellbeing Disclaimer

The Kind Co. creates products intended to provide gentle, supportive wellbeing resources during difficult life experiences, including grief and loss.

Our Grief Cards and other wellbeing products are designed for personal reflection, comfort and general wellbeing support.

They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical or mental health condition.

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, counselling, psychotherapy, psychological care or other appropriate professional support.

If you are concerned about your own wellbeing or that of someone else, please seek appropriate professional support.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we are unable to process payment.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in euro unless otherwise stated.

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

We currently deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and selected European destinations.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cancellations & Returns

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
